Hello! We’re Karisa & Malachi Rountree, founders of E3 Enterprises. We’re happy you’re here.
We believe that we all have a purpose that must be unlocked in order to live a life by design and not by default. We believe that time is the greatest gift and most undeveloped resource. We believe that we each individually have two lives, the one we’re living and the one we’ve yet to create. In the same fashion, we believe that your mindset, association, and life approach is either moving you forward or putting you in foreclosure emotionally, mentally and financially.
Even though we’re the authors of the upcoming book; “Invisible 2 Visible: 8 Barriers Blocking Your Next Breakthrough”, what you may or may not know about us is that we’ve been doing business together for over a decade, being sought after speakers for conferences, in-person and virtual seminars, and 1 on 1 consultations.
What you also may or may not know about us is that we’ve helped raise thousands of dollars for non-profits focused on local, nationwide, and international initiatives that advocate for the less fortunate, the mentally distraught, the unsupported, and neglected.
Even though those are some of the milestones we’ve reached, our journey didn’t begin so peachy. Our presence wasn’t being sought after. In 2019 we had hit a point where we were depleted mentally, physically, financially and socially in our relationships.We couldn’t spell the word “Euphoria” because the word “Stress” was tattooed on our foreheads and focal point. We had developed health and medical conditions that left us on the day to day roller coaster all while living paycheck to paycheck after retirement savings, bills and necessities were covered.
We became fully aware that our association didn’t have the lives that we desired. They either had a lot of money with options and no time or they had lots of time but no money and options. We needed mentorship.
Sometimes when you desire an unconventional life, you must take an untraditional approach to lead you to true transformation. Our mentors taught us that “success is how many people’s lives are better off because you lived” and we knew we were able to give more of ourselves to serve, but didn’t know how. After finding and seeking the right coaching and mentorship surrounding life and business, we were able to position ourselves in a much better spot.
Today we are more committed than ever to help transform as many lives as we can..to walk as many people through their most uncertain days, walking as many people into their greatest versions of themselves. It’s why we’re willing to put our elbows up and our chins down as we stand beside you. It’s why we’re willing to travel the world to educate, equip, and empower others on the principles that were taught to us to transform our lives, our children, our children children’s and future generations forever.
